01 Who I Am

Building people-first organisations.

Strategic HR practice, purposeful leadership, and systems that make people data useful.

Born on 2nd February 2000 in Uganda, I am a People Strategist, HR Practitioner, Human Capital Analyst, and Training and Development Specialist currently serving as an HR Associate at JobConnect Limited in Namanve, one of Uganda's leading HR consulting firms. I am also pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management at the Uganda Management Institute (2026–2027).

My career pairs professional HR practice with strong Management Information Systems (MIS) development and HR digitisation. I build and refine systems for employee data, payroll structures, contract generation, ID management, and compliance tracking across multiple client sites.

I am a Practicing Member of HRMAU (PHRMAU) and Past President of Rotaract Club of Upper Kibuli.
